Indian single malt whisky made from 100% malted barley: 75% unpeated Himalayan barley and 25% peated Scottish barley. Distilled separately, aged in ex-bourbon barrels (American oak), then married for an additional 6–9 months. Non-chill filtered, natural color (no E150a). Bottled at 50% ABV in 700ml (export) / 750ml (domestic). Bangalore’s tropical climate (3000 ft altitude) accelerates maturation.
