Tasting Notes

AromaHoney, vanilla, freshly ground black pepper, faint light peat smoke.

PalateSoft, gently textured; creamy milk chocolate, vanilla pods, dried fruits, toasted nuts, mild oak tannins.

FinishMedium-length, refreshing, clean, lingering sweet cinnamon and spice.

Product Story & Guide

Japanese blended whisky composed of approx 30% malted barley and 70% grain whisky. Aged primarily in ex-bourbon hogsheads, finished in virgin oak or cherry casks. Distilled in smaller pot stills to reduce fusel alcohols. Bottled at 40% ABV in 700ml. Non-age statement. Overseen by Toji (sake grand master).
