Product Story & Guide
Copper Dog was conceived at The Craigellachie Hotel’s Copper Dog pub in Speyside by owner Piers Adam, then developed into a whisky celebrating local Speyside malt styles with bottles bearing the hotel’s name and the blender’s signature. Its name honors the clandestine “copper dog” tube historically used by distillery workers to sneak whisky from casks, a symbol of Speyside’s smuggling lore.
