Ballantine’s dates to 1827 when George Ballantine began blending in Edinburgh; the 17 Year Old was first created in the 1930s and became a benchmark age-stated blend in the range. Its recipe has long centered on key Speyside malts such as Glenburgie, Glentauchers, and Miltonduff, combined with well-aged grains to deliver a creamy, balanced style.
