Mezcal Los Javis, founded over three decades ago by Don Javier Mateo I in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, is a family-owned distillery dedicated to preserving traditional mezcal production. Handcrafted and small-batch, it reflects the family's legacy under the guidance of the maestro mezcalero. Using the finest agave and copper pot stills, each expression honors Oaxaca's artisanal traditions, delivering spirits that embody the essence of Mexican mezcal heritage.
