Fratelli Classic Chenin

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc (occasionally with minor complementary white varietals depending on vintage), fermented and stored entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 12.5% ABV with standard 750ml volume. Flavor profile features ripe tropical fruits, fresh green apples, lemon zest, honeysuckle, white orchard blossoms, pineapple, guava, white peach, pear, and wet stone mineral structure.
