Produced from 100% neutral wheat grain spirit. Distilled using the vapour infusion method in Carter-Head copper pot stills, where alcohol vapour passes through perforated copper baskets containing ten hand-selected botanicals (juniper, lemon peel, grains of paradise, among others), extracting volatile aromatic oils without boiling the botanicals in the liquid. No additional filtration steps specified. Bottled at 40% ABV. Standard bottle size 70 cl (varies by market). London Dry Gin style. Flavor profile defined by lifted citrus top notes and softened juniper character.
