Blended Irish whiskey composed of 45% triple-distilled single malt (100% Irish malted barley) and 55% lighter grain whiskey (corn/maize). Malt portion distilled three times in copper pot stills. Chill-filtered. Matured for minimum 3 years (average 4–5 years) in charred American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 40% ABV. Available in 700 ml and 1000 ml sizes. Flavor profile defined by butterscotch, green apple, vanilla, honey, and milk chocolate.
