Paul John Bold Peated Indian Single Malt is an Indian single malt whisky produced by John Distilleries from 100% imported Islay and Aberdeenshire peated barley (30-35 PPM), double-distilled in copper pot stills, and matured for 3-5 years in charred first-fill ex-Bourbon American white oak barrels in Goa's tropical climate, with natural color and no chill-filtration. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is heavily peated and full-bodied with campfire smoke, honey, and spice notes.
