Product Story & Guide
A flagship estate-bottled red wine made from 90% to 95% Shiraz (Syrah) with up to 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is matured for 10 to 12 months in American oak barrels to integrate fruit profile with complex secondary barrel characters. It is bottled at 14.0% ABV in 375ml and 750ml bottles. The wine presents an intense, deep red-violet to opaque dark plum color.
