J'NOON White

A limited-edition ultra-premium white wine made from a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from the Garwar Plot G vineyard at 650 meters altitude in sandy, rocky volcanic soil. The Chardonnay undergoes full barrel fermentation in new French oak with malolactic fermentation, while the Sauvignon Blanc is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks before blending. It is bottled at 13.5% ABV and presents a bright, pale gold color. Chemical profile: pH 3.22, acidity 6.5g/L, residual sugar 3g/L.
