FinishLong and satisfyingly dry with fine, well-balanced tannins, lingering dark cocoa, and a brief touch of fruit-skin bitterness.
Product Story & Guide
A still red wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%–75%) and Syrah/Shiraz (25%–40%) grapes grown on south-facing valley slopes with well-draining red soils. It is aged in French oak barrels for up to 8 months for structural tannins, blended with stainless-steel tank-matured wine for immediate fruit approachability. It is bottled at 14.0% ABV and is dry, medium to full-bodied. The wine presents a deep ruby to pale plum red color with medium opacity.
