Product Story & Guide
A still white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%) sourced from separate estate plots. It undergoes temperature-controlled cold fermentation (18°C–20°C) in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days with brief aging to retain fruit character and minerality. It is bottled at 12.5% to 13.5% ABV and is dry, medium-bodied. The wine presents a clear pale-yellow color with delicate green reflections. Total acidity: 6.6 g/l, pH: 3.24.
