Product Story & Guide
A premium traditional-method sparkling wine made primarily from Chenin Blanc (with select vintages incorporating up to 15% Müller-Thurgau and 5% Gewürztraminer). It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on yeast lees for 18+ months before riddling and disgorgement. It is zero dosage (Brut Nature) with no added sugar, bottled at 12.5% ABV, and light-bodied. The wine presents an exceptionally pale lemon-yellow straw body with pristine clarity and a dense, persistent stream of delicate, creamy effervescent bubbles.
