Product Story & Guide
A still red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on south-facing, well-draining slopes in alkaline sandy-loam soils at approximately 548 meters altitude. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 10 to 12 days and briefly aged on French oak. It is bottled at 13.5% ABV and is dry, medium-bodied. The wine presents a brilliant ruby red color with a clear, bright violet rim.
