Tasting Notes

AromaBright lemon citrus, lemongrass, and faint herbal aromatics from Sorachi Ace hops over a soft, sweet grain base.

PalateBone-dry and refreshing with a delicate hint of natural rice sweetness and clean maltiness. The rice dries out the sugars, resulting in no syrupy or cloying mouthfeel.

FinishCrisp and exceptionally clean with a lemon-zest pop, effectively masking the alcohol warmth. Finish is short to medium in length.

Bira 91 Rise is a premium rice strong lager brewed with malted barley and rice sourced from coastal India, combined with Japanese Sorachi Ace hops for bittering and dry-hopping. The beer has an ABV of 7.5% to 8.0% and an IBU of 18. It is available in 330ml bottles, 500ml cans, and 650ml bottles. The flavor profile is dry and crisp with prominent lemon citrus and herbal notes, designed to be light-bodied and highly carbonated.
