AromaComplex with chocolate-dipped apricot, fruit jam, dried apples, tinned pineapples, subtle bonfire smoke, peat dust, and damp earthy undertones.
PalateCreamy and thick with tropical mango, ripe banana, sweet vanilla toffee, sharp oak tannins, dried peat smoke, light baking spices, and a refreshing twist of melon.
FinishMedium-to-long with a balance of sweet and salty nuances, soft rounded smokiness, and residual dark cocoa bitterness.
Product Story & Guide
A lightly peated Indian single malt whisky distilled from indigenous six-row barley malted to 25 ppm phenol using imported Scottish peat. It is matured in a combination of first-fill American ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is non-chill filtered, naturally colored, and bottled at 46% ABV. It presents a warm golden straw color. Double Gold winner at the New York World Spirits Competition.
