A premium matured rum made from 100% sugarcane blackstrap molasses using a hybrid vatting method that blends column-distilled neutral components with ester-rich pot-still distillates. It is composed of a master blend uniting classic 7-year-old Old Monk rum with a highly matured 20-year-old aged rum component. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 42.8% ABV. The rum presents a clean, clear, luminous golden-amber color, physically lighter than standard Old Monk XXX.
