Product Story & Guide
A light-bodied white rum distilled from 100% sugarcane molasses using a dual-distillate system and a proprietary yeast strain. It is aged for 12 to 24 months in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels, then double-filtered through charcoal and coconut shells to remove color. It is bottled at 37.5% to 40% ABV depending on the market. The liquid is crystal clear.
