Product Story & Guide
A provincial craft gin distilled in a bespoke Hagyo copper pot still through a 9-hour slow-batch distillation process, using 100% locally grown rice neutral spirit and mineral-sparse Himalayan spring water. It features 11 botanicals including Himalayan juniper, timur (Szechuan pepper), black turmeric, galgal (mountain citrus), kinnu (tangerine), thuner (Himalayan yew), walnut, black cardamom, rose, kalmegh, and coriander seeds. The botanicals are hand-foraged by women-led farming cooperatives. It is bottled at 42.8% ABV and is completely crystal clear.
