Tasting Notes

AromaSophisticated and sweet with warm wildflower honey, creamy butterscotch, vanilla custard, dried stone fruits (apricot, raisin), and seasoned, toasted oak.

PalateMedium-to-full-bodied, round, and creamy with rich toffee, vanilla fudge, dark caramel, Christmas baking spices (nutmeg, cinnamon), wood tannins, and a very delicate, elegant whisper of peat smoke.

FinishLong, warm, and smoothly dry with lingering toasted oak wood spice, light dark cocoa bitterness, and a soft, sweet honeyed coating.
