AromaClassic top-fermenting yeast; overripe banana, apricot, sweet honey, light clove spices.
PalateSoft, creamy, balanced; gentle malt sweetness, mild crisp acidity, biscuit undertones.
FinishClean; lingering aromatic fruit-and-honey complexity. Store 4-7°C; serve in curved Weizen glass; pour 2/3, swirl remaining to suspend sediment, top off. Also produces Blanche—Belgian-style wheat beer with orange peel and coriander.
