Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC red wine from 100% Montepulciano grape. Soft pneumatic pressing. One week maceration on skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 28-30°C. Complete malolactic fermentation. Bottled at 13.0-13.5% ABV in 750ml. Dry style, medium to full-bodied. Contains sulfites.
