Prosecco DOC Treviso sparkling white wine from 100% Glera grape. Gentle pneumatic pressing. Unique "on-demand" cold-storage system keeps unfermented must at 0°C (32°F) until batch fermentation. Charmat Method secondary fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves at 15-16°C with proprietary yeast cultures. Bottled at 11.0% ABV in 750ml. Brut classification with residual sugar 12-14 g/L, total acidity 5.8 g/L. Natural cork with wire cage. Contains sulfites.
