Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is a classic Italian sparkling wine produced by Villa Sandi in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Crafted from 100 percent Glera grapes hand-harvested in the province of Treviso, it undergoes natural secondary fermentation via the Charmat method in temperature-controlled steel vessels at 15 to 16 degrees Celsius. Bottled at 11 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is crisp, elegant with green apple, pear, honeysuckle, and citrus notes.
