Prosecco DOC Rosé Millesimato sparkling wine from 85-90% Glera and 10-15% Pinot Noir. Alluvial marly soils with clay-limestone subsoil. Manual harvest (late August for Pinot Noir, late September for Glera). Glera: soft pneumatic pressing with refrigeration. Pinot Noir: light maceration at 22-23°C (72°F). Secondary fermentation via Martinotti/Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel at 15-16°C (60°F). Aged on lees minimum 2 months. Bottled at 11.0% ABV in 750ml. Residual sugar 10 g/L (Brut), total acidity 5.5 g/L. Traditional Champagne cork. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Contains sulfites.
