Product Story & Guide
Malbec red wine from high-altitude Mendoza River zone. Manually harvested. Destemmed. Cold soaked. Fermented 15 days at 23-26°C in stainless steel vats with natural yeasts. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged 9 months in oak casks. Bottled at 13.5% ABV (up to 14.0% in hot vintages) in 750ml. Residual sugar 2.7-4.0 g/L, total acidity 5.4-5.6 g/L, pH 3.7. Closure varies (screw cap or cork). Cellaring potential 5 years. Contains sulfites.
