Malbec red wine from high-altitude Mendoza vineyards (up to 2,000+ feet in Uco Valley). Hand-harvested. Fermented with natural wild yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks (23-26°C for Oak Cask edition). Classic tier: unoaked with sur lie aging. Oak Cask edition: 9 months oak maturation. Bottled at 13.5% ABV (13.0-13.5% range) in 750ml. Residual sugar 2.5-2.7 g/L, total acidity 5.2-5.4 g/L, pH 3.6-3.7. Closure varies (screw cap or cork). Contains sulfites.
