Product Story & Guide
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Alcohol content ranges from 12.5% to 13% ABV depending on vintage. The wine is partially barrel-fermented and partially aged in French oak barrels, a method intended to integrate subtle spice and add texture. It is produced as a medium-bodied, dry, structured, lightly oaked premium white wine. Closure is screwcap (Stelvin). Available bottle sizes are 750ml and 375ml. Serving temperature range is 8–10°C (46–50°F). The appearance is brilliant, clear rich golden-straw. No specific barrel aging duration, fermentation temperature, or malolactic fermentation details are specified by the producer. This wine is part of Sula's ultra-premium The Source collection, named after the brand's boutique resort property in Nashik.
