100% Shiraz (Syrah). Alcohol content is 13.5% ABV. The wine is produced using the Prosecco method (Charmat method / tank fermentation), a technique intended to lock in fresh bright berry characters. It is made as a medium-bodied, juicy, medium-sweet sparkling red wine. Closure is sparkling cork with a wire cage. Available bottle sizes are 750ml and 375ml. Serving temperature range is 8–10°C (46–50°F). The appearance is deep intense ruby red with a continuous fine bubble stream. No specific fermentation temperature, residual sugar level, or pressure level details are specified by the producer. This wine is recognized as India's first and only sparkling red wine and has won a Gold Medal at the India Wine Awards.
