Sula Seco Méthode Classique Sparkling Wine

Sula Seco Methode Classique is a premium sparkling wine produced by Sula Vineyards in the Nashik Valley region of Maharashtra, India. Crafted using the traditional methode champenoise with secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is made from 100 percent Chenin Blanc grapes and aged on lees to develop complexity. Bottled at 11.5 to 12 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is crisp, elegant with lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and brioche notes.
