Product Story & Guide
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Alcohol content ranges from 12% to 13% ABV depending on vintage, with standard bottling at 12.5% ABV. The wine is unoaked and cold-fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, a method intended to preserve fresh varietal flavors. It is produced as a light-bodied, crisp, intensely aromatic dry white wine. Closure is screwcap (Stelvin). Serving temperature range is 8–10°C (46–50°F). The appearance is clear, very pale straw-yellow with subtle greenish reflections. No specific fermentation temperature, lees aging, or filtration details are specified by the producer. This wine is positioned as Sula's flagship Sauvignon Blanc and was the first Sauvignon Blanc produced in India.
