100% Chenin Blanc. Alcohol content ranges from 11% to 11.5% ABV. The wine is produced from grapes left to dry on the vine to concentrate natural sugars (late harvest method). It is unoaked and cold-fermented entirely in stainless steel, a method intended to retain pure concentrated varietal fruit expression. It is made as a full-bodied, luscious, rich sweet dessert wine. Closure is screwcap. Available bottle sizes are 750ml and 375ml. Serving temperature range is 6–8°C (42–46°F). The appearance is brilliant rich golden-yellow with honeyed reflections. No specific residual sugar level or harvest date details are specified by the producer. This wine is recognized as India's first still dessert wine and India's first late harvest Chenin Blanc, having won Silver at the Paris Wine Cup and Decanter World Wine Awards.
