Blend of 70% Chenin Blanc with 30% Riesling and Syrah (Shiraz). Alcohol content ranges from 12% to 12.5% ABV. The wine is produced using the Méthode Classique (traditional method) with secondary bottle fermentation and dedicated bottle-aging. It is made as a dry (Brut), elegant, light-to-medium-bodied sparkling rosé wine. Closure is agglomerated cork with a wire cage. Serving temperature range is 6–8°C (42–46°F). The appearance is a delicate pale blush pink with a tight, persistent stream of fine bubbles. The bottle features a limited-edition paisley motif design. No specific time on lees or disgorgement date is specified by the producer. This wine holds the distinction of being India's first and only wine to win a Gold Medal at the International Wine Challenge (IWC).
