Product Story & Guide
Non-vintage (NV) Brut Champagne. Alcohol content ranges from 12.0% to 12.5% ABV depending on market batch. Dosage is 7 grams per liter (classic Brut). The wine is aged for a minimum of 24 months on the lees in chalk cellars, followed by at least three months of aging after disgorgement. The blend incorporates over 100 base wines sourced from nearly 280 crus, with 20–30% specially selected reserve wines to ensure consistency. Grape distribution is 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, and 20–30% Chardonnay. Serving temperature range is 6–9°C (43–48°F). The appearance is radiant golden-straw yellow with green glints and a persistent stream of fine bubbles. No specific disgorgement date, base vintage, or dosage level details beyond Brut classification are specified by the producer. The cuvée was originally created in 1869 and serves as the flagship non-vintage Champagne for Moët & Chandon.
