Red wine blend of 85% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre from IGP Pays d'Oc, Minervois zone. Sourced from hillside clay-limestone terraces and stony plots. Mediterranean climate with Black Mountain winds. Night harvested. Cold soaked. 2-week skin fermentation. Vinified separately. Aged 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in 750ml. Residual sugar approx 5 g/L, total acidity approx 3.3 g/L, pH 3.68. Screw cap closure. Contains sulfites.
