Le Grand Noir Rosé

Rosé wine blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Vermentino from IGP Pays d'Oc. Sourced from limestone-rich soils, gravelly terraces, and clay hillsides in Carcassonne and Minervois. Night harvested. Short skin maceration (bleeding method) for Grenache. Vermentino gently pressed. Separate cool stainless steel fermentation. 100% unoaked. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in 750ml. Residual sugar approx 4 g/L, total acidity approx 3.4 g/L, pH 3.42. Screw cap closure. Contains sulfites.
