White wine blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Viognier from IGP Pays d'Oc, Languedoc-Roussillon. Grapes from limestone soils, gravelly terraces, and clay hillsides in Minervois and Carcassonne. Night harvested. Vinified separately. Temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation. 20-30% of Chardonnay aged 6 months in French and American oak. Bottled at 13.0% ABV in 750ml. Residual sugar approx 4 g/L, total acidity approx 3.5 g/L, pH 3.55. Screw cap closure. Contains sulfites.
