Le Grand Noir Chardonnay is a French white wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region under the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation. It is a blend of 85 percent Chardonnay and 15 percent Viognier, with 30 percent of the Chardonnay fermented and matured in French and American oak barrels. Bottled at 13 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is round, creamy with green apple, pear, pineapple, mango, vanilla, and ginger notes.
