Red wine blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah from IGP Pays d’Oc, Languedoc-Roussillon. Grapes from 20-year-old vines at 4,000 vines/hectare on alluvial hillside slopes (Cabernet) and clay-limestone terraces (Syrah). Night harvested. Cold soaked. Two-week skin fermentation. Aged 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in 750ml. Residual sugar 5 g/L, total acidity 3.3 g/L, pH 3.71. Screw cap closure. Contains sulfites.
