100% Chenin Blanc sourced from select high-altitude vineyard plots. Alcohol content is 12% ABV. The wine is produced using Méthode Traditionnelle (Classique) with secondary bottle fermentation and extended aging on lees at a constant 15°C. It is made as a dry (Brut), complex, medium-bodied sparkling white wine. Closure is natural cork with a wire cage. Serving temperature range is 6–8°C (42–46°F). The appearance is brilliant, clear golden-straw yellow with a fine, tight, persistent mousse. No specific time on lees or disgorgement date is specified by the producer. This wine has received Silver at the Asia Wine – The Silk Route Awards (2016) and Gold at the Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards (2016).
