100% Sauvignon Blanc. Alcohol content is 13% ABV. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for six months. It is produced as a medium-bodied, complex, dry white wine. Serving temperature range is 8–10°C (46–50°F). The appearance is bright, clear straw-yellow. No malolactic fermentation or lees aging details are specified by the producer.
