Chardonnay white wine from Rubicone IGT, Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy. Sourced from mineral-rich alluvial soils in Rubicone basin with Adriatic Sea coastal influence. Gently pressed with cold stabilization. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with subtle oak contact. Bottled at 12.0-12.5% ABV in 750ml. Screw cap closure. Dry style. Contains sulfites.
