Single varietal red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced primarily from Southern Valleys sub-region (Mustang, Delta, and Barracks vineyards) on aged alluvial gravels over clay subsoils; destemmed and fermented in open-top stainless steel with wild yeasts and small percentage whole bunches, aged 11 months in French oak barrels; bottled at 13.5% ABV, total acidity 5.2 g/L, pH 3.6; screw cap closure.
