Blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir sourced from high-altitude vineyard estates in Nashik. Alcohol content ranges from 12% to 12.5% ABV. The wine is produced using the Méthode Classique (traditional method) with extensive maturation on the lees. It is made as a dry (Brut), crisp, light-to-medium-bodied premium sparkling white wine. Closure is premium cork with a wire cage. Available bottle sizes are 750ml and 180ml mini-bottles. Serving temperature range is 6–8°C (42–46°F). The appearance is brilliant straw-yellow with golden glints and a persistent stream of fine bubbles. No specific time on lees or disgorgement date is specified by the producer. This wine is produced by Domaine Chandon India, a venture of Moët Hennessy.
