Single varietal red wine (IGP Pays d'Oc) made from 100% Merlot, sourced from Hérault (49%), Gard (45%), and Aude (6%); produced using temperature-controlled maceration with flash détente process for select harvest portion, followed by 3 weeks of vat aging with micro-oxygenation and malolactic fermentation; mostly unoaked with brief oak contact for select batches; bottled at 13.5% ABV (may vary to 13%); contains sulfites.
