blended whisky, composed of approximately 86% corn grain whisky and 14% malted barley spirit, double copper pot distilled, aged 3, 5, and 6 years in heavily seasoned ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels, bottled at 40% ABV; chill-filtered with E150a caramel coloring; produced using water drawn from 250 meters below surface in Kofu Basin, filtered through volcanic rock.
