Product Story & Guide
Islay single malt Scotch whisky produced from malted barley with phenol levels of approximately 35-40 PPM, distilled slowly in unique pear-shaped copper pot stills with sharp downward-sloping lyne arms to minimize reflux and drive heavy, oily compounds into the spirit, matured for a minimum of 16 years in a combination of refill American oak ex-bourbon barrels and European oak ex-sherry casks, bottled at 43% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes, presented in an olive-green glass bottle with minimalist white and gold labeling.
