Single barrel Tennessee whiskey made from mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, charcoal-mellowed via Lincoln County Process through sugar maple charcoal before barreling, matured in new toasted and charred American white oak barrels, selected from the top 1% of barrels from highest levels of barrelhouses, aged approximately 5-7 years (no age statement), bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in 700ml and 750ml sizes; each bottle labeled with unique barrel number, rick number, and bottling date.
