Product Story & Guide
An Indian single malt whisky made from 100% locally sourced six-row Rajasthani barley. Initially matured in heavily charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels, followed by finishing in select Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. Casks are lightly rinsed with Rasisa, a local Rajasthani botanical blend containing aniseed and local herbs, before finishing. Non-chill filtered. ABV 46%. Available in 700 ml and 750 ml bottles. Flavor profile: deep, viscous, dessert-like, with dark molasses, sultana, brown sugar, vanilla, roasted fig, dark chocolate, honeyed raisin, stewed prune, sticky toffee, walnut, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweet wood smoke.
