An Indian single malt whisky made from 100% locally sourced six-row Rajasthani barley. Matured in heavily charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels, followed by finishing in cherry wood casks. Casks are lightly rinsed with Rasisa, a local Rajasthani botanical blend containing aniseed and wild herbs, before finishing. Non-chill filtered. ABV 46%. Available in 700 ml and 750 ml bottles. Flavor profile: bright, vibrant, spicy, with yellow plum, vanilla, honeyed apple, candied orange peel, dried apricot, fresh cherry, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cedarwood, white pepper, aniseed, and toasted oak.
