Elijah Craig Small Batch

Straight bourbon whiskey made from mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, distilled and matured in new heavily charred American white oak barrels (Level 3 / “Alligator” char), selected from a maximum of 200 barrels per batch primarily from middle floors of rickhouses, chill-filtered, natural colour, bottled at 47% ABV in 700ml, 750ml, and 1.75L sizes; blend of bourbons aged between 8 and 12 years (no age statement).
